QB: Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers

G-RANK Week 2: QB6

It was a masterful performance in Australia for Purdy, throwing for 3 touchdowns and adding 29 yards on the ground to run away from the Super Bowl favorite Rams. The 49ers return home and get the Dolphins in a game they're favored by almost 2 touchdowns. San Francisco should roll; my only concern is that they go up by so much that they end up running the clock out, but Purdy should put up plenty of points in this one.

RB: Aaron Jones, Minnesota Vikings

G-RANK Week 2: RB23

The Bears' defense gave up 478 yards to the Panthers last week and made them look like one of the best offenses in the league. And with Jordan Mason on IR in a divisional game, I expect Aaron Jones to dominate the snap share and get nearly all the work in the backfield. If you drafted Jones late, this is one of those weeks you should feel comfortable throwing him into your lineup. I have him as a low-end RB2, so slide him into your flex with confidence this week.

WR: Emeka Egbuka, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

G-RANK Week 2: WR15

The Browns' defense looked terrible in week 1, as Trevor Lawrence carved up the secondary with 245 yards and 4 touchdowns on just 18 completions. Emeka Egbuka and the Bucs had a slow start to the season against the Bengals, but I expect Baker Mayfield to bounce back and get his #1 receiver in the endzone at least once this week. Even though he disappointed in week 1, slide Egbuka right back into your lineup with confidence.

TE: Dallas Goedert, Philadelphia Eagles

G-RANK Week 2: TE13

If you started Dallas Goedert in week 1, you were handsomely rewarded with a 4 reception, 77-yard, 2 touchdown performance. Perhaps most encouraging was seeing him on the field for 95% of snaps, acting as the de facto WR2 (or 1?) for this team. It's clear he's still a pivotal part of this offense, and he's someone you can slide into your lineup in the TE spot every week until he proves otherwise.
