QB, Priority #1: Tyler Shough

Priority #2: Carson Wentz
Priority #3: Bryce Young

It's unlikely Tyler Shough is available, unless you're in a shallower league. If he is, jump on him. The Saints threw the ball 56 times and ran 86 plays against the Lions. The volume is going to be there all season. If you're desperate this week, Carson Wentz could actually be a decent play against a Chicago defense that struggled mightily against Carolina in Week 1, and Bryce Young could be a speculative hold, but I think there are better Week 1 pick-ups at other positions.

WR, Priority #1: Jalen Coker

Priority #2: Deebo Samuel
Priority #3: Caleb Douglas
Priority #4: Pat Bryant
Priority #5: Dontayvion Wicks

I don't think the Jalen Coker WR1 performance was a fluke. He was on the field for 84% of snaps and dominated his routes, catching 8 of 9 passes and finding the endzone twice. Coker had a 12 target, 134-yard game against the Rams in the playoffs last year, and the only thing holding him back has been injury. I think he's worth a decent amount of FAAB if you lost a guy like A.J. Brown to injury. Deebo Samuel is probably on rosters but add him if not. For deeper plays, don't sleep on Pat Bryant or Dontayvion Wicks: both guys saw a ton of time on the field for good offenses. WR is where I would prioritize making additions this week.

RB, Priority #1: Kaelon Black

Priority #2: George Holani
Priority #3: Devin Singletary

I wouldn't spend a ton of time looking at RBs this week unless you have a deep bench and can add some insurance backs to support your starters. Kaelon Black had a 43% snap share in Week 1 against the Rams. I don't expect that to continue, but he's a great insurance policy for McCaffrey managers and would probably be an RB1 if CMC went down. George Holani is an option for deeper leagues based on week 1 usage, but I wouldn't spend too much here, because once Charbonnet is back, his role will be reduced.

TE, Priority #1: Mike Gesicki

Honestly, I wouldn't touch the TE position on waivers this week. Mike Gesicki is the lone option I'd consider if you really need someone, but I'm betting his TE4 week 1 finish was more of a fluke than anything. Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins are going to be the primary receiving options in this offense, not Gesicki. If somehow Isaiah Likely is available, he should easily be your #1 priority, but if not, spend your FAAB on the WR position instead this week.
