Omar Cooper Jr., New York Jets

He was a waiver wire priority last week, but I'm going to bet he didn't get picked up in that many leagues. It wasn't clear whether last week's 103-yard, 1 touchdown performance would be repeatable, but Cooper put up 115 yards and 1 touchdown against Miami, this time with a healthy Adonai Mitchell. It's looking like the Jets are willing to take a shot on their rookie who had 2 catches of 50+ yards. He reminds me a bit of rookie year Brian Thomas Jr. with his ability to beat teams over the top. I wouldn't expect 20 points every Sunday going forward, but Cooper is clearly asserting himself as an important part of this New York offense and could be a flex option next week.

KC Concepcion, Cleveland Browns

Rostered in 43% of ESPN leagues.

Speaking of rookie WR breakouts, we might be on the verge of yet another with KC Concepcion. The Browns' rookie has had multiple games with 6+ targets, but they were primarily low ADOT looks that didn't amount to much for fantasy. But against the Titans, Concepcion broke out for 129 yards on 8 catches, his highest scoring outing of the season by far. While Denzel Boston has been the primary target to-date, Concepcion has the higher NFL draft capital, and it was only a matter of time until we saw him level the playing field. I think we see Concepcion have a strong 2nd half of the season, emerging as one of Watson's favorite targets on a team that's now 5-2.

Malik Willis, Miami Dolphins

Rostered in 6% of ESPN leagues.

This is a bit of a deeper pull and someone I'd stash only if I have the bench space, but don't turn a blind eye to what Malik Willis had been doing. In his last 2 games, Willis has 3 passing touchdowns, 111 rushing yards, and 2 rushing scores. It's easy to forget he's played most of the season without Caleb Douglas, a guy who got in the endzone twice against the Jets and could end up being the best pass-catcher on this team. Willis' rushing floor is what excites me though, as he's had back-to-back games with 8 attempts. The upcoming schedule is New England, Detroit, Indianapolis, Buffalo, and The Jets, so if you're in need of some help at QB, Willis may be worth the add.

BONUS: Seth McGowan, Indianapolis Colts

Rostered in 4% of ESPN leagues.

If Jonathan Taylor were to get traded, which is all the buzz in NFL circles these days, McGowan would be a priority add on the waiver wire. If you have a spot, I'd get ahead of your league mates and add him this week. He had a season-high 11 carries on Sunday, and if the Colts did go full rebuild and trade Taylor, there's a chance McGowan would assume the starting role.
