Breece Hall, New York Jets

G-RANK Week 3: RB9

The Lions have given up 915 yards through 2 weeks... they're becoming a must-target defense for fantasy managers. Breece Hall is an RB to start with confidence this week even though the Jets might be trailing most of the game. His receiving upside means he'll have value even if New York is airing the ball out, and he's averaging nearly 40 receiving yards per game through 2 weeks.

Chuba Hubbard, Carolina Panthers

G-RANK Week 3: RB15

I think it goes without saying at this point: Chuba Hubbard should be locked in your lineup as an RB2. With Brooks expected to miss multiple weeks, he's going to get an even greater split of the work, and the Panthers draw Cleveland this week. I'm most excited about his utilization as a pass-catcher near the goal-line with 2 receiving touchdowns on the young season.

David Montgomery, Houston Texans

G-RANK Week 3: RB20

Through 2 weeks, the Colts are giving up the 3rd most fantasy points to the running back position. That alone makes Montgomery appealing in this one. The Texans couldn't get much going against the Bengals (who might actually have a stout defense), and Montgomery was stifled with just 10 rushing yards. He goes right back into my lineup this week, as I think Houston will look to establish the run again.
