TreVeyon Henderson, New England Patriots

It's been rough sledding for the Patriots backfield but even worse for TreVo fantasy managers. Over the last 4 weeks, Henderson has delivered 3.4, 4.2, 4.3, and 2.5 half-PPR points... that's nowhere near start-able, and the snap share has dwindled into the low 20's with Corey Kiner stealing work. He's a bench stash right now until he becomes trusted by his head coach.

Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts

I believed in Josh Downs with the opportunity he'd presumably have with Alec Pierce out. And in some ways, that opportunity has been there with 6+ targets in 4 of 6 games this year. But it's not leading to nearly enough catches, yards, or touchdowns (0 on the year) for Downs to be paying off in your lineup. There are much better streaming options if you need a flex.

Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs

It's hard for me to trust Patrick Mahomes for fantasy unless I'm in a super flex league, and it's not because he's a bad QB... the equation has changed in KC. Kenneth Walker is a reliable goal-line back who can also catch the ball out of the backfield, and Mahomes has run for just 17 yards over his last 3 games. Combine that with a rock-solid defense, and the floor for Mahomes is pretty low, because there are few games where he's going to absolutely need to throw for 300+ yards and 3 TDs. I'd pivot for W7.
