Ja'Marr Chase, Cincinnati Bengals

G-RANK RoS: WR4

It might sound crazy, but we're at the point in the season where I think there may be a buy window for Ja'Marr Chase. He's the WR15 on the season and hasn't cracked the top 10 since week 3, but if Sunday's game was any indication, this team is still heavily reliant on throwing the ball, and we oddly haven't had that vintage Chase explosion yet. I'd throw a few players into a trade and see if you can get Chase cheap, as I believe he's still got the talent + situation to be a top 3 WR rest-of-season.

Nico Collins, Houston Texans

G-RANK RoS: WR13

Coming off his worst game of the season and heading into a bye, you have a 1-to-2-week window to acquire Nico Collins before his price goes up again. I don't believe Nico has suddenly lost a step as much as he's been on the wrong side of statistical variance. He's had 5+ targets in every game he's played this season but hasn't gotten into the endzone since Week 4 against the Cowboys. Nico's production tends to come in spurts, and he feels due for a big game. I'd try to buy him cheap off a frustrated manager, as I expect he's still in the borderline WR1/2 range moving forward.

Travis Etienne Jr., New Orleans Saints

G-RANK RoS: RB29

New Orleans has had one of the worst rushing offenses in the NFL this season, and it desperately needs Etienne Jr. back in the lineup. The Saints had Kendre Miller and Alvin Kamara rush for a combined 11 yards on 14 attempts against the Steelers in Paris. While Kamara is likely to continue to have a role in the passing game once Etienne Jr. is back, I think the failed experiment with the other guys will give him more of an alpha role in the backfield and allow him to dominate carries. He's probably sitting on a league-mate's bench (or even on waivers), so don't forget about him while he's on bye and hopefully back in the fold come Week 9. I'd trade for him now.
